You can cancel anytime before you approve your proof and receive a full refund. Once you approve your proof, the print ready file will automatically be sent to our print production queue and your order cannot be cancelled at this point.
During the proofing process, please review your artwork, cut-line and size. If you require any changes to your proof, please select the Request Changes button and send us your feedback of what you would like modified. If you decide you would like to cancel at this point, state your cancellation request in your Request Changes feedback.
If you are happy with your proof and you select Approve, the artwork is automatically sent to our production team and queued in our system and cannot be removed.
