Once you place your order your artwork is uploaded to our system. We will send you a proof within 24hrs, Monday – Friday for you to review. You will receive an email with a link to view your proof and approve or request changes. If you do not receive your proof within 24hrs, please check your spam/junk mail folder.
We cannot print your artwork without receiving your approval. If we do not receive an approval within 24-48 hours after the proof was sent, we will attempt to send a reminder email notification for you to review the proof. If we do not receive an approval within 6 days from the original proof email, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.
